This website is operated by Ivory Dental Studio, a dental clinic in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our"). Information we collect
Through this website. The appointment form does not send or store anything on this website. When you press the submit button, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that message. It may include:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you provide it;
- your preferred date, time and treatment;
- any message you add.
When you contact us. If you call, message or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
At the clinic. When you become a patient we record your medical and dental history, examination findings, X-rays, treatment notes, consent forms and payment details. These records are needed to provide safe care.
Technical information. This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange, confirm or reschedule appointments.
- To examine you, plan and provide treatment, and follow up on your care.
- To send appointment reminders you have asked for.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and professional record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

When we share information
We share personal information only when needed:
- with clinic staff who are involved in your care;
- with dental laboratories, specialists or diagnostic centres involved in your treatment, with your agreement;

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and arrange your visit. Clinical records are kept for the period required by applicable law and professional guidelines, and are then securely deleted or destroyed.
How we protect information
We use reasonable physical, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sharing detailed medical information in an initial enquiry.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your information;
- ask us to erase your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep;
- withdraw consent you have given, for future processing;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf;
- raise a grievance with us and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children
We provide dental care for children. Information about a patient under 18 should be shared by a parent or legal guardian, who can exercise the rights above on the child's behalf.
